With me, you’ll find effective and sustainable support, whether you’re seeking to authentically grow, facing difficult decisions, navigating a personal crisis, or dealing with psychosomatic symptoms.

I use holistic methods that go beyond targeting quick, superficial behavioral changes. Instead, I aim to nurture a lively, calm, free, and self-compassionate personality. From this foundation, we can together discover new solutions for difficult life situations and challenges. Through a safe and trustworthy relationship, we aim to uncover the deeper meaning behind your symptoms and situation.

Instead of merely talking about them, we’ll make the underlying inner conflicts tangible to explore how they contribute to your current state. Often, these conflicts point to an absence of important positive experiences in a client’s past life. Providing these missing experiences can lead to a softening of the conflict, inner relief, and open up alternative paths forward and out.

With me all individuals are in good hands, whether they have no prior experience with coaching or psychotherapy, or if they have previously engaged in counseling or psychotherapy but did not achieve the progress they had hoped for.

  • You are able to easily develop deep trust.
    For this, you need someone who is present as a person, not merely “treating” you.
  • You can discover how to change from the inside out, rather than putting in even more effort by following the therapist’s advice.
    For this, you need someone who accepts you as you are and does not view you as (emotionally) ill.
  • You can explore and experience what has been lost internally, rather than just talking about it.
    For this, you need someone who helps you get closer to yourself and your feelings.
  • You encounter surprises, instead of merely stating and hearing what you already know.
    For this, you need someone whom you can’t easily mislead.
  • You can reclaim important formative experiences that have been missing in your life, allowing you to perceive the world in a new and different way (the Missing Experience).
    For this you need someone who can create a sensitive, highly attuned space in which these experiences can be made.

Missing experiences are indispensable experiences to life that were withheld from you while growing up. Similar to vitamins that are essential for a healthy development, their lack, excess, or intentional misuse causes serious harm. Many individuals who struggle in their lives typically miss experiences of physical and emotional safety, being heard, seen, validated and their boundaries being respected.

While these experiences can occur in any nurturing relationship, those who have missed out on these critical experiences often cannot recognize them, as their unconscious mind blocks them as unfamiliar and incongruous. Therefore missing experiences need to be actively modeled and then be provided to the client in a mindful and experiential way (i.e. in which the client directly experiences their inner reaction).

  • You may be trapped in relationship or existential crises, unable to find a way out using familiar methods.
  • You might suffer from self-doubt or experience psychosomatic symptoms.
  • You may be facing a slump in motivation or performance, feeling unrecognizable to yourself.
  • You could feel trapped in depression or feelings of fear, shame, or guilt.
  • You might repeatedly feel overwhelmed, exhausted, disheartened, insecure, or even burnt out.
  • You may wish for increased well-being and satisfaction with yourself or your environment.

When you come to me

  • there will be laughter
  • there will be experimentation
  • there will be precise description
  • there will be intensive thinking and feeling
  • you will experience how you may be getting in your own way, and
  • you may become aware of how much joy resides within you.

How we will work together

People need experiences, not explanations.
You’ve likely already had plenty of explanations. Therefore, we’ll focus on providing new and alternative experiences that can help you see yourself and the world in a different light.

Appointments are usually scheduled every two weeks. However, depending on your needs, it might be beneficial to meet weekly for a while, or even every 3 or 4 weeks may be enough. Each session lasts between 50 and 60 minutes. I will discuss and arrange all further details with you during our initial meeting.

Clients who have done the 3h-Life Topic Coaching previously and want to continue working with me are prioritized.

Fees are determined based on household income/ size of household.
Insurance is neither required nor accepted.

We can meet in person or online via Zoom.
