Most often, change processes are not achievable without becoming aware of phenomena that one has previously attempted to ignore. This is anything but easy.
My work assists you, your team, or your organization in identifying where you, your team, or your organization might be obstructing yourselves due to unconscious inner contradictions or a lack of awareness of complex systemic relationships within the organization. Together, we uncover relevant “blind spots” and internal and social conflicts that are crucial for change. This approach enables us to find solutions in places you have not searched before.
My consulting style is rooted in comprehensive training and experience in humanistic and psychodynamic psychotherapy and coaching approaches, attachment theory, systems theory, organizational and leadership psychology, as well as extensive experience in meetings and coaching sessions.
