Coaching

The way I coach is quite different from conventional coaching formats.

I am dependable, calm, profound, and get straight to the point.

Most of the people I work with have been carrying their problem(s) around for a long time. They’ve already tried a lot: reading books, seeking advice from friends, family and colleagues, and sometimes even trying other coaching sessions – yet, they still haven’t made progress.

This often stems from the fact that many coaching approaches fall short by neglecting three essential areas:

1. They focus too heavily on the intellect.

Consequently, they don’t delve deeply enough into the root cause, often rendering them ineffective. You might understand something rationally – but nothing changes. That’s why it’s crucial to identify the inner conflict that has been holding you back.

2. They overlook the psychological context.

Many coaches emphasize their distinction from psychotherapeutic approaches – I don’t.

Based on my extensive experience, I know that all issues addressed in coaching are directly related to the psyche. Hence, it’s vital to always recognize your life story and inner reality, developing new paths and possibilities from there.

3. They ignore the social context.

Especially in executive coaching it’s essential to consider the client’s organizational context. Frequently, individuals must make difficult decisions, act against their convictions, or be guided by strong expectations. Coaching must take these factors into account to effectively distinguish between personal and organizational matters.

My coaching is intense, deep and lasting and I promise we’ll find the solution where you haven’t looked before.

Executive Coaching

When the stakes are high

From a certain level of hierarchy onward, the potential for change at the behavioral level often becomes limited. Rather than treating the symptoms, we’ll identify the deeper meaning of the problems you’re facing in your role. This deeper understanding opens the door to meaningful change, moving beyond simply trying harder. The result is a way of working that feels both lighter and more impactful.
