Within one morning or one afternoon we’ll identify your Life Topic and explore new ways out and forward.

Sometimes we find ourselves repeatedly in difficult situations, and if we’re honest, we’ve known them for a long time: the same problems, the same conflicts, seem to follow us and keep showing up. No matter how hard we try to handle them differently, we often end up slipping back into the same old patterns.

These entrenched patterns often lead to conflicts and challenges in live and people around us. They run quietly in the background, rooted in the past, and can linger for a lifetime – occupying our thoughts and holding us back. Such patterns are often signs of an unresolved, underlying Life Topic.

The better we understand our Life Topic and actively engage with it, the more inner freedom, ease, and lightness we can experience in our lives.

  • What is preventing me from taking control of my own life?
  • What lies beneath my conflicts at work or in my relationships?
  • Why am I encountering such difficulty in making decisions?
  • How can I overcome procrastination and avoid leaving my work until the last minute?
  • How can I become more assertive when interacting with other people?
  • How can I be more empathetic?
  • How can I conquer my irrational fears?

Life Topics are deep-seated, often subconscious patterns that shape how we live. These themes include both strengths and specific weaknesses, impacting our professional and personal lives. They originate from early relationship experiences, often shaped by significant emotional events or statements. They almost always deeply influence our self-esteem. Therefore, we had to develop appropriate strategies to cope with or manage them.

As children, especially in our early years, we are entirely dependent on our parents or other caregivers. They significantly influence our ability to grow and handle conflicts through their direct and indirect messages, prohibitions, and shared experiences. These coping strategies become ingrained as they prove so effective. As adults, these early survival strategies operate automatically, guiding our behavior unconsciously in familiar patterns during critical situations.

  • When you feel you’re not living up to your own expectations, doubt yourself, question your competence, and feel stuck.
  • When you can never let things rest – restful sleep or switching off feels impossible, and your energy reserves are quickly depleted.
  • When you often carry a sense of guilt and struggle to set boundaries.
  • When you’re constantly under stress and pressure, feeling insecure, frustrated, and overly sensitive.
  • When you have the sense that you’re not being heard, and sometimes even belief that your opinion doesn’t matter as much.
  • Or when you’ve been carrying another problem with you for a long time and can’t seem to find a solution.

What will you gain from Life Topic-coaching?

After the coaching session you will gain an understanding of which unconscious factors in your autobiography play the biggest role in holding you back.

This doesn’t solve your Life Topic yet. However, we have identified your bottleneck. And this bottleneck is the main cause of your problematic situations, limiting your perception and narrowing your interpretations.

This will provide you with clarity on how you contribute to the problem and maintain its persistence. You will leave the coaching session with concrete ideas that can help you alleviate the problem and move forward.

How does it work?

The coaching session lasts three hours and can be scheduled for either the morning or afternoon in your time zone.

Before the session, you’ll complete two preparatory exercises designed to set the foundation for our work together.

Coaching is available both in person and online via Zoom, offering flexibility to suit your preferences.
